Singer Dorian Reland has been chosen as the overall winner of the first ever Pride’s Got Talent contest for Pride in London. Over 400 performers applied for the chance to appear on the stage in Trafalgar Square and the judges whittled that down to just one overall winner and eleven runners-up.

Reland, who has previously apppeared on stage at Zurich Pride, sings powerful songs that reflect contemporary LGBT+ themes.

Gary Butler, Chief Executive of Multi Media Entertainments Group commented, ‘Pride’s Got Talent is an excellent way for people from your communities to showcase their talent. It gives them the chance to bring their work to a bigger stage – quite literally.’

Pride in London is still looking for volunteers, sponsorship and individual donations, parade entries and festival events for the event, which is on 28 June. With 200 groups registered to take part in the Parade this year, the parade and festival are set to be bigger, more colourful and more powerful than ever.
